Return & Exchange Policy

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. We may require photographic evidence or a detailed description of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide you with a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, and a restocking fee of 10% of the original total transaction cost may apply. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Receipt: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide you with a refund or arrange for a replacement shipment.

Services: Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service to discuss any concerns or issues you may have. 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be within the return period specified for each product.

  • It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • It must include all original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
     

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Pack the item securely, including the RMA number on the packaging.

  • Ship the item back to the designated return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the return and issue a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
     

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Downloadable software, digital content, or gift cards.

Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can follow the return process above once you receive the item.
